Order Procedure
Our product listings are intended for residents in SINGAPORE
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars
How to Order
- Take note of the SKU for the item(s) you desire
- Email us at kwstoreonline@gmail.com with
– SKU of items you want
– delivery address
– preferred shipping method (see 3)
– preferred payment method. (see 4) - We ship via (a) normal mail, or (b) registerd mail, both by Singpost
- We accept payment by (a) ATM fund transfer (b) Internet Banking, to POSB account.
- We accept International orders, payment by PayPal with a 5% surcharge. No free shipping is available, please state location in your email for shipping charges.
- We will receive your order and send confirmation of stock availability on your selected items, with the total amount to be paid, and bank account details to make payment to.
- Make payment by transferring the stated amount to KW Store within 48 hours. If payment is not received after 48 hours, the item will be sold to the next buyer.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us within 24 hours.
- Email us your payment details :
– transaction reference number ( please keep your transaction receipt for verification purposes until you have received your items)
– date/time of transaction - We ship on Mondays to Fridays after payment is made.
- You will receive your items in 3-4 working days (within Singapore).
Shipping Rates
Our Shipping Options (only within Singapore)
(i) Normal Local Mail: S$0.50
(ii) Registered Mail: additional S$2.50 = S$3.00 *
* The additional fee goes to SingPost, not to us
Free normal mail shipping for Singapore orders above S$30. (A fee of $2.50 is still chargeable if you opt for Registered Mail)
Returns & Claims (Via Post)
We will not accept exchanges/refunds in the event the buyer has made the wrong order, (e.g. item if for iPhone 4, but buyer bought an iPhone 3 case).
We are not responsible for damaged items or lost packages on an unregistered mail. 0.02% of items is at risk of being damaged and these packages consist of only 1 normal hard case. Although it may be a small percentage, we do recommend you to opt for registered mail.
In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item, or item with manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately for instructions on return and replacement. Returns must be within 7 days to be eligible for replacement, and must be made with the original packaging and any accessories within.
For registered mail, we will process all damage claims with the carrier and may request that you return the item. Please retain original shipping containers and notify us immediately if you suspect damage in shipment.
